After that is selected HR will call you in one week for Salary discussion/expectation. After setting your expectation there are 2 approvals required. 1st HR will get it from Manager in 2days after the discussion. 2nd HQ approval which takes bit long time around 3-4 weeks. then you will get the offer letter. Approval for Offer letter from HQ really takes a long time
