I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Orange (Paris)
Interview
5 interviews with n+1 to n+n, it was almost 1 interview per week. The people were nice, no tricky question but you should be well prepared: the content of your answer is less important than how you present it.

classical ones, why this position, why orange, etc...
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Orange (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
The overall process was pretty much smooth. I interviewed with the team director and one of the team members. Since the office in SF was not big I actually interviewed with the CEO and CTO too. The interview was not very technical but more on the mission statement of the office.

they presented the mission statement of the office and asked what I thought about it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Orange in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone interview for role. The interviewer was on a speakerphone so the acoustics weren't great, but worked around this.
The interviewer outlined the role and the interview process very well, and we had an excellent discussion about the role and my fit.
Final conclusion by both of us was that this role was not suitable, but a very positive experience.
