Brief HR interview, then 2-3 separate 45 minute interviews (F2F or remote) with managers of clinical management using STAR question format. After each individual interview, the interviewers discuss the questions/responses and determine to hire or not.

Applied online directly on PPd website and was contacted by recruiter the next day for a phone screen. Phone screen was 15min to answer basic questions about position etc. Interviewed with 2 managers days later over video call and was offered position a week later. Offer acceptance & pre-onboarding took 3 weeks before my start date.

Teams video interview. Two one hour long interviews back to back. Star format questions. Be prepared. Laid back. Interviewers we very nice and made the whole process easier for me.
