Panasonic interview questions

First contacted by a general recruiting HR agent, then was in touch with the hiring manager to set up an interview with the manager of the group my position was in. Asked questions for experiences where I demonstrated the skills necessary for the position (such as determining what materials to use for an application and checking to see if it fit external criteria/met regulations). Half hour phone interview.

Quite disorganized one-on-one interview with shuffling me around the office for about 4 hours, I interviewed with the same people about twice. The impression I got from the office was disheartening, the upper management lacked the passion for engineering or projects they were doing. Some even lacked the up-to-date technology knowledge by about 2 years. However, the supervisor of PET lab was passionate and knowledgeable. They didn't ask me anything about technical experience I had, just about recent job experience that was quite irrelevant to the qualifications of the position I applied.
