Was a standard interview asked general questions and my availability etc and what role they would offer me based on my interests and availability. Interviewer was nice and calm and able to answer any questions
It was a pretty seamless process. There were questions about past experiences, customer service and soft skills. Most of the questions relate to hypothetical situations and how you would handle something so easy to prepare for.
