Short 10-15 minute interview. Standard enough for a retail job. Friendly interviewer. Asked on previous experience , school, achievements etc. Nothing out of the ordinary or curve balls. Have a previous difficult customer scenario on hand as they will ask how you dealt to see your customer service. Overall easy interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Luton, East of England, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was very relaxed, the interviewer was very friendly and told me if I need her to repeat any of the question then she will be happy to do so. She also told me to back my answers with any experience and be as detailed as I can. The questions were very basic I'm sure anyone can do it.
