I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primark in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online. Recived an email inviting me to interview around the next day which I was happy about because the response was quick.
I went to the store and told the customer service desk I had and interview and was taken to the HR department. I waited around 20 mins while my documents were photocopies and my interviewer came.
The interview was really straightforward and easy. It took around 10-15 mins.
At the end they told me that I passed the interview then and there which I was surprised as I thought they'd let me know at least towards the end of the day as I'm pretty sure they had other interviews to do. They then when on to check for shifts availability for me and told me that the weekend was available as a previous employee withdrew their application.
Overall it was honestly really easy thankfully.
I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Stratford, London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was asked a few questions, given some scenarios relative to the job and then was given the chance to ask questions myself at the end. I practice past questions from people who posted on glassdoor and it was very helpful as the same questions came up in my interview.

Question 1

Put these in order of importance and why - customer query/ stock replenishment/ fixing the stock - something like that.
What skills do you have that could transfer to this job?
Why would you be good for the job?
Why do you want to work here?
Fairly straightforward online application. Got invited to an interview via email 2 weeks later. Had to do answer competency based questions. Staff were nice and the interview took 1 hour.
