Interview
The process consisted of three stages:
1) Online tests
2) Tests at college
3) Interview with three different employees of the department (not HR - 1 hour long each). The interviewers had a piece of paper with a set of questions focusing on past experiences and examples of certain behaviors, in order to check if the candidat'es profile fits the company's philosophy and way of working.

When asked for an example, the answer may not be enough for the interviewer, who will then dig deeper trying to know more details or even get another answer, so it is highly recommended to prepare consciously several possible answers beforehand.
