2 technical rounds with 1 qna and 1 presentation 2 behaviour rounds with directors and senior director Technical rounds are related to the day to day job you are expected to fulfil Behaviour rounds are related to their PVP and PEAK performances I completed all the rounds but waiting 1 month plus for the decision despite several emails for updates and clarifications. No feedback given on why I was not selected. Will greatly appreciate that they improve transparency in their interview process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
3-5 CAR questions and 2 hypothetical questions with total of 45-60 min
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2009
Interview
I submitted my application online in august. A senior engineer from P&G approached me and did a phone interview few weeks later. Then, several other scientists from the same group called me and asked me all sorts of questions again and again. After 5~6 round phone interview, they finally agreed to give me an on-site interview. That was already October. I arrived one day before the interview day, and had a nice dinner with few members of the group. Since I've spoken with most of them on phone, the dinner was quite easy, I actually enjoyed the conversion with them. In the 2nd day, I gave a 45 minutes presentation to some 40+ people (everyone had an evaluation form) from their R&D center. Then ...a panel interview ..all interviewers are senior technique managers . Then one to one interview by all members (6 rounds) of the group I applied for. Everyone came in with an evaluation form. During the process, I also had a lunch meeting with the director of R&D center. The lunch meeting went not very well. I think that's the reason I did not get a offer
Nice experience. Two rounds of interview with three interviewer. Interview questions were standard P&G behavioral questions. I feel respected throughout the process and it was a pleasant experience. Normally it should be three rounds of interview with three interviewer separately. My timeline was a bit tight
