The interview consist of asking about yourself and situational questions on how you would respond on certain situations. This would happen either once or twice depending on their pooling. After that, you will be subjected to manager's interview they will ask competencies questions, e.g standards for either accounting or auditing

They came to my school recruiting. Interview consisted of meeting multiple people. Questions were straightforward without any real surprises. Some accounting based, but a lot of questions about you as a person.

Very well structured interview with 3 phases. Both personal and technical questions, the first phase was related to a half an hour interview with HR, the second phase was with a manager from the relevant department , which was more technical and the last phase was a case study.
