They check your resume and if they like what they see they will contact you. A very standard process, there was a lot of stages and lots of repeated questions. However, the person interviewing you doesn't necessarily have to be from the department that you are applying for.
It was alright, had a case study though and the interview lasted for an hour 15 minutes. The process was me talking and talking and talking and the hiring manager would ask pretty tough questions. I don’t think I answered correctly though, the recruiter just wants to see your thought process
