The interview process covered all rounds of technical questions with focus on scenario based situations to describe how you tackled or dealt with such situations. It was about demonstrating the practical experience rather than answering just theoretically

The recruiter just focused his questions on the PMP part, while the job description had multiple aspects of the role including strategy, team handling, and innovation. Later, I found that he had only done PMP himself, and so he had that much area of expertise to ask in an interview.
