It seems the norm during online applications nowadays that "no reply is a reply". Requesting that an applicant undertake a technical assessment that takes the best part of a day, then not even bothering to send a "thanks but no thanks" reply takes things to a whole new level. I received no feedback. The Recruitment Agency received no feedback.
