Interview
So far I have gone through the phone interview. It was mostly asking me about my competencies in C,Javascript,Java, and C++. They also asked me about the skills I had listed on my resume. For the phone portion at least know your resume. P.S. I clicked that I accepted the offer which in this case was an onsite interview.

Interview
I interviewed for the one in Goleta, CA.
A recruiter called me 2 weeks after sending my resume over to Raytheon's careers website. She invited me to an on-site hiring event. They provide hotel/airfare if you're not local to their area.
There were 12 candidates total including myself, and we all sat at a conference room. There were about 10 hiring managers, and one of them gave an introduction/presentation about Raytheon. Breakfast was included.
6 candidates interviewed first where each candidate interviewed with 2 hiring managers (30 mins each) while the other 6 listened to HR about benefits etc. and the junior engineers showed a demo. After that, the 2 groups switched. The entire thing lasted for about 3 1/2 hrs (8am - 11:30 am).
Overall, the people there were really nice, and the office location is awesome (10 mins away from the beach).

Interview
Applied in late Feb of 2018 and did not hear back until late April of 2018. I was contacted by an HR recuriter to see if I was still interested and then sent me an application to apply. Two weeks later I had received a call for a phone interview. After at the end of the phone interview I was told about the next steps and to schedule a video interview the following week. After the video interview, I was told to expect an answer within two weeks. The following day I had received a call from the HR recruiter with a job offer.
