I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Parsippany, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Sent in resume online, along with a cover letter, references and a few questions they required responses for. Got contacted via phone and asked to set up a phone interview and a time to talk. Phone call lasted about 15 minutes. Second phone call lasted about 45 minutes. Very basic interview questions. Didn't have previous needed qualifications for the internship. Was told that it was very competitive and high application rate.

Basic questions like why you want to come to company, what makes you the best candidate
It was great having to be asked professional based questions and learn a lot from intellectuals who were the interviewers themselves while pitching your talent in the best way to drive the company forward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Reckitt (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview process was very smooth and simplistic. Not too difficult. I interviewed with one manager and the next step was interviewing with the hiring manager. After which, I was made an offer.
