I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Overall the process was quick and very enjoyable. I had a Skype interview, around 25 minutes duration, where I was mainly asked competency questions and about my motivation to join RB. After one week I was invited to a face to face meeting with the manager responsible for the role and an HR representative. The interview lasted 45 minutes, I was asked a lot of competency questions and we talked about the job and my daily routine. Both of them were young though professional and they wanted to get to know me as a person.
To sum, the whole process was very enjoyable, very nice people and atmosphere. I had to decline the offer due to personal reasons. Make sure to do your research for RB and their values. Most competency questions were around their values.
