SAP Vice President interview questions

Typical interview process meeting key team members, hiring manager, HR leader virtually and on campus. Rather straight forward and more concerned about my fit with the culture and ability to work with others.

The interview process was thorough. It was pretty standard in its trajectory, but faster than normal. It started with an interview with an executive recruiter, who was very responsive, and moved to the hiring manager and then several executives and team members. All asked good questions that were clearly coordinated. I did not get the same question multiple times, which was refreshing.
