Interview
I was shortlisted for a position to interview for. I passed the telephonic stage of the interview, this lasted for 40 minutes. I was then told that i was shortlisted for the 1st stage of the interview. A time and date were scheduled. Then wishing 24hrs i get an email saying they are not looking to recruit for the position on offer.
This was very bizarre, and confusing when a company takes up your time and then decides not to recruit for the position. It was a clear waste of my time. And the efforts i put in.
Not really keen to work for this company. If this is the way they go about recruiting candidates.
Please don't waste your time, like i did !

Interview
They ask you random windows computer software and accounting questions so be prepared to brush up on your knowledge on those. All the questions are pretty basic so it's just a matter of you knowing most of the terms.

Interview
First contact through a recruiter. She asked a couple of easy questions, the second interview was face to face with two managers. They made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions for a customer service position in French and in English. The interview went really well and the recruiter received a positive feedback. After nearly a month awaiting for a response, the recruiter contacted me stating that the response was negative and that they did not give her any reason. I spent about 45 min in an interview , the least would have been to receive a feedback.
