I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
The best recruitment experience I have ever had.
Process comprised 5 interviews including initial phone screen and a panel interview. Took around 6 weeks from submitting application to accepting offer.
Questions were challenging but the interviewers were gracious and I could see that they weren't trying to put me on the spot, they really want to get to know you and want you to perform as well as possible.
The interviewers were all very professional and friendly and the recruiters were excellent - efficient, explained what to expect, quick getting back with feedback and next steps, and were warm and personable.

Won't go into specifics but questions felt comparable to the kind of questions you might be asked at other at tech companies too.

Interview
Excellent. Very well managed and organised. The recruitment team and my direct recruiter at Salesforce were always helpful and quick to respond to question. Clockwork efficiency for setting up meetings. The whole processes made a great first impression.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Had a series of video conference calls with hiring manager and team member, then scheduled for in-person panel presentation interview. That was changed to video call due to the COVID-19 crisis. Decision to hire was made shortly thereafter. Overall process took a few weeks and was smooth. Their recruiting team kept me in the loop at all times and made the experience pleasant. Every person I interacted with at Salesforce was so friendly and open, they really showed how such a large company can still have a small company feel. They all embraced the culture that really shone through in how they conducted interviews and talked about the business.
