I recently interviewed at Salesforce for the position of Technical Account Manager (TAM). The overall process consisted of three rounds of interview. The first round was a consulting round with the hiring manager wherein more focus was on customer handling, escalation management, customer satisfaction etc. The second round was a technical round with a PA/TAM and was focused on technical areas like SSO, data governance, integration etc. The final round was a panel presentation wherein we had to present a topic of our choice to a team of PAs and other executives. Overall it was an excellent experience and not to mention, very challenging too. Prepare, prepare, prepare! I can't stress that enough. Good Luck!
