Scopic Software interview questions

The interview process consists of 4 stages - you initially speak to the HR person, then with the Operations Manager, and then you take a situational test. You are provided ample time for every single task. The last step is the interview with the CEO, where you are offered the salary etc.

I applied just because this is a remote job and there are not much remote job opportunities in my area. But even for that I think it is just waste of time. You don’t even talk over the phone in the first stage. A recruiter reaches out to you via email and then in a scheduled time you talk in a Skype chat (no audio/video just text). The questions are similar to the ones that somebody here shared before. Job specific questions are just question version of the bullets in the job description. They gave me a case study. It was good practice for me after a few weeks later I’m rejected by just random reason. I expected to explain my approach to someone technical and has knowledge in my area. For that reason I find the hiring process as a waste of time.
