It felt such as chill conversation, unfortunately I was asked for different tasks I didn't know entirely for the role. But I might say those where standard questions for the role and the sector as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience with the sector overall and with different other areas user as UX team, dev teams and so forth
Thanks for sharing your experience; we’re glad the interview felt like a relaxed, natural conversation. That’s something we intentionally aim for, so it’s good to hear it came across that way.
We understand your point about being asked about tasks that didn’t fully match your background. Sometimes we explore adjacent areas to understand how candidates think and adapt. Your feedback helps us better calibrate that balance, and we’ll keep it in mind as we refine our approach.

The interview process consisted of five steps: a 45-minute HR meeting, a home test with a three-day deadline, a live test (up to two hours) with a series of questions, a one-hour technical interview with a Senior PM, and a 45-minute final interview with the COI. The entire process took three weeks.
The frustration began afterward when I was left waiting for feedback that never came. Despite following up with HR for five weeks, I repeatedly received the same response: “We will share our decision by the end of the week.” Yet, no update ever followed.
Failing to provide feedback after a five-stage interview process is highly unprofessional. It shows a lack of respect for the candidate’s time and effort, leaving the impression that they do not value the investment made throughout the process.
We’re sorry to hear that you were displeased with our process. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into your application and your patience throughout the process.
This role was a very important position for us, and we have approached the hiring process with great care and thoroughness. Given the highly competitive nature of the position, we needed to take the time to evaluate all candidates carefully. While we understand that waiting for updates can be challenging, we made every effort to respond to candidate inquiries promptly and to communicate any delays along the way.
