It was honestly just approaching the parents sand seeing how I could help or elevate the kids learning and progress in school. It was quite fascinating seeing them grow and letting them continue their studying even when I was not there.
Interview had many steps: one included an essay question and secondly you’re required to present an item to a ‘class’. The essay question typically gives you a scenario and you’re required to write how you’d respond to the situation and steps to mitigate the consequences.
