I answered along the lines of how a wallet case would benefit those who carry cards and don't want the burden of having to carry a separate wallet. But then he goes like, i don't want a wallet case, I just want a regular phone case. I was like, well if you want a case with designs, there's ones like a heavy duty one. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH SALES. I applied because I wanted to experience working with sales and T-mobile was hiring so why not. Anyways, he goes on to say, well the case is too expensive. I was like well i can't just change the store policy and give you a discount but I can ask my manager if you want a discount. And then he says the managers not here. K at this point in my head j was like ok seriously like what do you want me to say. I was so frustrated because I really did not know what to say and he kept watching me, waiting for an answer to come out of my mouth. But he saw I was struggling lol so he moved on to another question
