Referred by a friend which sparked a phone interview and face-to-face with my potential new boss. Followed by an interview with the Regional Sales Director, North American VP of Solution Consulting, and VP Worldwide Solution Consulting

The interview process was a diverse series of meeting with peers, direct reports, and managers. There were two onsite meetings at the local office when several of the interviewers were in town, and the rest was a series of phone calls and video meetings. The conversation and questions were related to my job history and experience and they shared with me the role, responsibilities and direction of the company. The hiring manager did a fantastic job keeping me informed and scheduling additional meetings to ensure I felt comfortable with the role.
