I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Amsterdam) in Mar 2016
Interview
First interview with HR person. Normal details, what I am looking for etc
Followed by a interview with the hiring manager
After clearing this round, I needed to complete an assignment
It took 2 weeks or bit more for them to let me know, they are still deciding which level to hire for and I need to wait. In the Jobvite application page, I saw the application was closed.
After nearly 2 months another HR person called and said, they would like to have a face to face interview or over skype asked me for my availability.
2 days letter, without having any interview they said, they decided to move on with other candidates. :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR round included typical questions, why I am looking for a job change etc.
Interview with hiring manager was also bit non technical, like how to deal with people and so on
The assignment was also very easy, added a project to test a small web application where you need to log in, create some customer and company using selenium.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Pune) in Jan 2016
Interview
They had scheduled interviews in a hotel in Pune,it was a one day process. There were two technical rounds followed by a Managerial round. The managerial round was a formal type of discussion.
I had cleared both the technical rounds and it was almost late when I was called for Managerial round. Then the Manager asked some informal questions and said the recruitment team had to get back to their city so they were in a hurry.
The normal dialogue was told "The HR will keep you posted".
I would suggest atleast the HR should tell the details.I had followed up with them for almost a week,The HR said he still didnt get any feedback. How would it be possible, even I told him plz let me know the details doesnt matter what it was,but the same.
It was a waste of one day.I could realize they dont have those many requirements and were just passing the time.
Dear service now plz tell the candidates clearly about the feedback.
