Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, interview with another team member, case presentation, and a final interview with another team member. The recruiter was good but the process felt very drawn out. The case study took a lot more time than I felt appropriate compared to other company's cases. The hiring manager mentioned that they asked many people to do the case presentation, so it sounded like they were crowd sourcing ideas from the presentations. I wouldn't recommend applying here unless you have the time to provide free consulting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where the outcome of a project didn't turn out as expected
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
Phone screen, interview, mock pitch, interview. Mock pitch felt like the hardest stage. Felt confident going into the last interview. Was slightly unclear if there was another interview after or if the 3rd "panel" interview was the final.

Question 1
How would you feel about performing on a monthly quota?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Michelle, one of their Talent Acquisition team members, initially interviewed me, and it was very professional. I was asked general questions about my background and how I would be a good fit for the role of SDR. Following the initial interview, I was then interviewed by Amanda one of the Team Managers for the SDR team, yet another professional interview where I was questioned more in-depth and then asked to do a moc sale. Both interviews were well conducted and they answered all of my questions about the company as well showing their expertise with their time at Service Titan.
