Slack interview questions

Easy, straightforward, friendly. Multiple rounds with multiple levels of people, great updates along the way. Nice seeming people. Nice office, easy to communicate with. Technical exercise, one written assignment and multiple spoken interviews. One phone call.

Very lengthy process, Zoom call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a long take home assignment, followed by a presentation to a panel of 4, followed by 4 more interviews. They made an offer. We started to negotiate, they ghosted. Unprofessional.
