Very straightforward. 1. Quick chat with the HR. 2. Hiring manager and final 3. On-site - case study interview. How to describe the process? The most soulless and heartless hr process I have ever experienced. On the other hand, given all the hype, I thought it was good that they were very focused on asking important and tough questions without the "feel-good-type" of questions. For example, there was no question about "Why do you want to join Slack" or "why do you love superman" (typical startup questions). They were very professional and to the point. The problem was that it just fell flat. No feedback. No emotion. I even made a joke in the first phone interviews, but the interviewer just carried onto the next question w/ breathing. I'm actually suspecting now that I was interviewed by bots.
After the interview, I felt I didn't want to take the job.
