I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2015
Interview
Took a couple eligibility/skills tests, had my first interview right after, easy basic questions. Second interview was about 5 minutes later, also easy basic questions and asked to try and sell her something. I was then hired on the spot. Filled out a ton of paperwork, and took a pee test a couple days later.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TP (West Salem, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Quick - Lots of classes - People were very friendly! Seems like a great place to work! Interview process is fast and easy - Would highly recommend applying - If you have Customer Service skills and call center skills and people skills - this is the place for you. They have a exercise room!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TP
Interview
Group interview together with other applicants, experienced call center agents. Was asked to leave room immediately, after interviewer learned that my schedule wasn't flexible for morning shifts. It helps to be already competent in the work you're applying for. In my experience, I was referred to apply by a former classmate. Was asked to undergo testing for competence in certain skills.
