I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TP
Interview
My interview was for inbound calls over the Christmas period, The first time they called it was for a phone interview. I preempted it so asked them to call me back. The woman on the phone asked why I want to work there, and to detail a customer experience I thought was good or bad and asked if I knew anything about the company they'd outsource me too and if I knew anything about teleperformance itself (i'd suggest you look it up and find a way to summarise it nicely, it was also asked in the group interview).
She invited me to a group interview the next day (dress code smart casual), 4 people in the group (should've been 6), and asked if we knew anything of the two companies (she read the basic summary page of the company, so you should dig a bit for their achievements/awards). A few group exercises where we had to get to know the other and explain to the recruiter why they would be suitable for the job, so you need to big up that person. Another group exercise where we were given a random item from the site and asked to basically sell it. Asked to write out sample emails for people giving complaints and attention was paid to how you came across and how well you talked. Individual exercise where you were asked to detail a good/bad experience again (but not the same one), vocabulary and punctuation test, not sure if I can remember much else. I got an email saying I passed it and am waiting to hear more.

What do you know about Teleperformance? What clients do they have?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2013
Interview
I submitted an application to Teleperformace after watching one of their commercials in a local movie theater. Within days of applying I received a call to schedule an interview, and had the interview a couple of days later.

Question 1
They have very competitive schedules, so it was hard to find a proper schedule that fit into my work day and still allowed me time to myself and for other pursuits. But I was able to find a schedule that worked for me and still allowed me time to myself
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TP in Jun 2014
Interview
Take a typing test and a written exam for submission. If the results are good then you will receive a call back for an interview. I was looking for a job that I could work before college started and in between quarters when I come home so I marked part time on my application. When I was called in for the interview I waited 1hr and 30 min before finally being called back and as soon as I get in he lets me know that they are not looking for any temporary positions. If that was the case they could have kindly declined my application instead of leaving me with the impression that there was a possibility.
