It’s quick and simple and it’s very friendly towards new comers , also the interviewer is really nice giving you enough time to answer each question with care. They also do a quick background check on you so they can see if you’re a perfect fit for their liking.

The interview process is average and the salary is low and the increase is too low also it feels like you don't have an increase. But some of the TL's there are good and understanding.
