TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

Basically if I had great service are work at a call centers . Yes I do have experience from place was customers services and several places I work was retail and it was customers services, also if I can work with a team and of course I can that not a problem.

Applied online and got a phone call days later. Standard questions, written test on related subject and a typing test which you must pass with 35wpm. If you can tie your shoes, you will pass the interview process.
