TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Th e interview process is convenient for me because it was a virtual interview, which i prefer since i don't have the need to go onsite. It was direct and semi structured questions which is easy to answer as it was basically focus about your personal information, experience and opinion, that lasted for about 20-30 minutes.

Overall, the interview is challenging for me but questions are constructed in an answerable manner. Interviewers obtained much authority while speaking, and so just by talking to me; I can sense the professionalism. I was nervous but I came prepared so I can say that I confidently aced the whole thing.
