2 process interview. 1 phone screen and one virtual interview. Easy and straight forward questions. There are a few behavioural questions. They also want to know your CSR and sales recruitment experience.
The interview was incredibly casual and relaxed, almost like chatting with a friend. It felt natural and pressure-free, making it easy to share honest thoughts and enjoy the conversation flow effortlessly.
