TP Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

7 of us in a room, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Had us fill out paperwork same old same old. Three activities, first a 1 on 1 interview regarding past experience, but it felt more like a character assessment. Second a role play in which you aid an irate customer, feedback was immediately given. Finally a computer calculated writing assessor. I personally scored very high, where others struggled. About 45 minutes later I was called and offered a position.

Interviewed with 2 individuals. The process was approx., 2 hours. You will read to show you are clear vocally and to probably make sure you can read at all. These women have worked at the company for years and they know what they want.
