Tableau Software interview questions

Pretty typical, sat down with a few members of my potential team as well as manager. I had a few coffees beforehand and the actual interview took about 3 hours. I did have to demo their product which was much harder than I thought it would have been.

Long and disorganized The recruiter hardly spoke English and sent emails with horrible grammar and spelling mistakes. I had to repeat myself several times to make sure he understood. He couldn't answer questions about the role itself. One of the interviewers said that that nobody had really done this job or understood the role so they were getting many people to ask questions. The prospective manager was pleasant enough and was the best of the whole lot, although he was late and the interview was twice as long as expected. The test was easy but the wrong instructions were given. At least it gave me an idea that the job was going to be very technical and boring. The recruiter messed up the day and time for the video interviews. Video interviews were OK except for the last person that came across as very arrogant and asked ridiculous questions.
