initially there was a aptitude test,it was very difficult,u need complete hands on aptitude to clear this round. Practice makes a man perfect...., then there was a technical round, they asked about c, c++, java. in hr round they asked about your background, about your likes and dislikes,hobbies,strengths,weakness. In aptitude round only there was a essay writing round,people who cleared aptitude only could write the essay....more than 3 grammatical or (other) errors, u wont clear that round.

they asked why did u choose computer science engineering. program on c, java, any projects
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
