The hiring process consists of 4 phases at Tech mahindra.First there will be an aptitude test which is a cakewalk.Second, there will be an extempore and an essay writing round.Then, there will be a technical interview.After that there will be an HR interview.All rounds are elimination rounds except Extempore and essay writing round.

Interview
1. There was oncampus aptitude test. Test has quantitative and verbal questions. Test was simple.
2. Face-to-face skills assessment with 3 people. This consists of a chat activity and an activity to determine your attention to detail.The technical questions were easy and could be answered easily.
3. HR round consisted of questions related to my hobbies. Overall a great experience.

Interview
The interview was a 3 stage process-
1. Aptitude test
2. Technical round
3. HR round
The aptitude was the usual one. The had around 160 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. In the technical round, they asked to explain the algorithms for a few codes. Here they just tested our approach to the code and not the correct syntax of the code.
