Tech Mahindra Software Developer interview questions

4 Rounds, Written followed by two technical a d then HR for salary discussion. A panel of two was interviewed, quite knowledgeable i am really impressed but my goal was to impress them and i hit the bulls eye in both technical round.

A long wait for 1st interview round, I reached at scheduled time 9:45 but they started at 5 o'clock . Two technical rounds, I cleared both rounds But HR didn't process my profile, since I was having 35 months of exp instead of 36 and asking for one online aptitude test i simply denied. HR should not scheduled interview if this was the case . Confirm everything with HR well in advance , other wise don't go for it .
