Using cloud computing in Salesforce I have to design the issue tracking system a bug tracking system 1. we figure out the needs, used the workflow, trigger, time-based trigger and once the issue is not resolve the email notification to right owner and manager is thrown 2. dashboard is made for the live update to management team to moniter how much time and resources in consumed the eliminate the bug fixing time
