Tell me about a problem you had with a supervisor?

With him there didn't seem to be circular communication. One employee would complain to him about another employee and he wouldn't query the complained about employee to find out what the root of the problem might be. Instead he just kept notches on a post and when the employee the other employee was let go based on circumstantial evidence alone, with no communication with the employee being said bad things about, that was his solution. One employee there seemed to always have the manager's ear and she got him to lay off anybody she didn't like.
