-Everyone knows that it a common question that is being in interviews but 90 % of the people fails to hits the bulls eye. -My suggestion is to do a bit of online research on how to answer this question and this is the only question that we know prior to the interview and as quote follows "First Impression is the best impression" -So let me tell how i prepared for it. step1: I have searched on internet and watched couple of videos step2: i preapred a short note and framed so that it comes for 1-2 min approx step3:Recite daily ,tell to your friends by asking them to act like interviewers and say to them step4:Beleive me after some practice u wiil become so fluent and it comes so natural.
