After being a Geography teacher for almost 20 Years in secondary school, I joined Monusco in Aviation section since 2007 as a daily worker and then as Monusco National staff from 2012 up to now having a title of Air Operations Assistant GL-4. I have and possess an exceptional leadership ability with the demonstrated capacity to build, train and monitor highly productive and motivated cross-functional teams and have been across a range of different responsibilities in Monusco aviation section especially in Administration, Human resources and planning management. In addition, my skills in coordinating services and operations, working with rules and regulations make me a strong candidate for the job. That is way I am a valid candidate for the post and ensure you that if I am given the position, I will be able to perform the ASSOCIATE SECURITY OFFICER‘s responsibilities.
