I was a controls engineer intern, and my mentor had a family emergency and was not there for half of my internship. I increased up my learning process and communicated with remote engineers to keep the project on the timeline as projected. I was able to communicate effectively, 15+ people, and actively track my process with minimal supervision. I was one of the key members that kept the project progresses on my site.
