Poor interview and recruitment process reflects a fundamental leadership issue at the Organization.
If you were prepared to spend the next 2 months or so to go thru the interview process (in my case 5 rounds of interview) with Teradata, you would at least expect some feedback from the Recruitment Team. However they completely ghosted me (a senior management candidate) without any feedback. Initially they the Recruitment Team were "hunting and greeting" you to schedule multiple interviews with their Hiring Team. However once the final interview was over, they completely ghosted me and not even acknowledged the thank you note. Hopefully they will not treat their Clients and existing employees the way they treat their prospective employees (but I doubt). The world is so small... you never know... These prospective employees will never consider to be your Clients.
