I applied through a referral. I spoke to a recruiter, who then passed me along to an engineer. We spoke about the projects available, and I was asked to do a little bit of reading on a subject before another phone call. Ultimately, was decided I was a better fit for another project, so I spoke to another engineer on the same team.
