I applied online. Received a link to do an assessment and a chat support simulation. Was contacted to come in for an interview less than a week later. Did a typing assessment, two interviews with different people and a drug test all in one day. Took about 2+ hours.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
