Thoughtworks Junior Software Developer interview questions

first telephone interview for ThoughtWorks Germany. I talked to a very friendly recruiter that tries to make the interview more personal. I wasn't selected to the next round because there were applicants with more technical experience. ThoughtWorks replied very fast to my application and with feedback of my interview. It was overall a very comfortable procedure.

The interview process was done in three stages: a conversation about social and economic justice, a presentation about an arbitrary topic (hold by me) and a pair programming session. The whole process was very amicable and the people at ThoughtWorks were very easy-going. Before the actual interview I had to solve a programming challenge.
