Bain & Company Interview Question

Two standard cases. Neither required math, both utilized charts. First case did not allow time for a framework, interviewer wanted to dive right into conversation. I was asked if, given my nonprofit background, I would be comfortable moving to the for-profit world. I don't understand why I am continually asked this question as an MBA at a top 10 school.
